The advice for those co-living in houses of 3 or more where multiple people share facilities or common areas:

  • All the occupants of the home should behave in the same way as a single household.
  • Everyone in the household should regularly wash their hands, avoid touching their face, and clean frequently touched surfaces.
  • Residents should always do their very best to follow government guidance regarding limiting the spread of the virus both inside and outside the home.
  • Should one or more occupants have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) you should follow government guidance regarding isolation of the whole household.

If you live in one of our apartment buildings:

  • Please pay attention to the signage in buildings and follow the advice given.
  • Only touch what you need to and be careful touching buttons, doors and handrails in communal areas.
